CIS-Cargo Siemens-Turbinen

Nur so konnten die 162 Tonnen schweren Turbinen mit je einer Länge von 20,8 Metern sowie einer Breite und Höhe von 4,6 mal 5,4 Metern an ihr Ziel in Weißrussland gebracht werden. Zunächst per Schiff nach Klaipeda ging der Transport per Straße weiter durch Litauen. Für den Schwertransport waren vierachsige Zugfahrzeuge und Auflieger mit je 18 Achsen sowie ein Schiebefahrzeug mit drei Achsen notwendig. Damit kam jeder Transportverband auf eine Gesamtlänge von 47 Metern. Besondere Herausforderung für die Fahrer war eine fünf Kilometer lange Teilstrecke, die die Lkw rückwärts fahrend zurücklegen mussten.
